Welcome to Civil Construction Calculator (“the App”), developed by BttoTek Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
The App does not require registration or sign-in. Project information, measurements, BBS schedules, calculation records, and app preferences are stored locally on your device (using the Android Room/SQLite database and DataStore) to provide the App's features. We do not intentionally upload your project sheets, BBS schedules, measurement records, or generated documents to a BttoTek Solutions server.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important project information and exported documents.
2. PDF and Excel Files
PDF and Excel documents are generated locally on your device. A generated file is shared or transferred outside the App only when you choose a save, export, open, or sharing action through the Android system share sheet.
3. Google AdMob (Advertising)
Free users may see banner and rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as the Android Advertising ID, device information, IP address, app-related information, ad requests, impressions, and interactions for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention, in line with Google's Privacy Policy.
Ad personalization and the use of certain identifiers depend on applicable consent requirements, your choices, and your device and account settings. Where required, the App shows Google's consent and privacy-options controls.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your Android settings (usually Settings > Privacy > Ads; the exact path may vary by device).
4. Firebase Analytics
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to measure app usage and feature interactions, such as app starts, screen views, ad and consent status events, and other selected app events. Analytics may process technical device and app information, identifiers, and usage or event information in accordance with Google's applicable policies. The App's analytics events are intended for product measurement and do not intentionally include the contents of your project sheets, BBS schedules, measurement records, or generated documents.
5. Google Play Billing
Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. BttoTek Solutions does not receive or store your payment card, bank account, or other payment credentials. Google Play handles payment processing, renewals, cancellations, and purchase management.
6. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices
Depending on your location and applicable legal requirements, Google may show a consent or privacy-options form for advertising and related data processing. Where it is available, you can reopen it from Settings > Privacy Options in the App.
7. Information We Do Not Collect
BttoTek Solutions does not intentionally collect or sell your project sheets, BBS schedules, measurement records, client information, or generated documents. Third-party services such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Google Play may independently process information as described in their own policies.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You may contact us to ask questions about, or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of, any personal information we may hold about you. Project data kept on your device can be removed at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App. Advertising and analytics data processed by Google is governed by Google's policies, and you can manage ad personalization through your device and Google account settings. We aim to respond to valid requests within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where it applies.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is a professional civil engineering and construction calculation utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
10. Data Security and Retention
Local App data is stored in the App's private storage on your device and stays there until you delete it. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of our Google Firebase project. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so please keep backups of important project information and exported files.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when App features, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The latest version and its effective date will always be published on this page.
